Sweat For Clear Skin
Sweating on a regular basis helps to clear your skin because it aids your body’s natural detoxification process by flushing out toxins and acne causing bacteria. Exercise might be the most obvious way to break a sweat, but saunas are also extremely helpful, especially if you’re injured, resting or just not feeling your best.

A Tailored Clear Skin Routine
As mentioned in ‘8 Habits Of Girls Who Have Healthy Hair’, having a regime that is tailored to your particular hair type, or in this case skin type, is extremely important.

A Note On Face Washing:

Dealing with Scarring
After I finally achieved clear skin, my next priority was to reduce my scarring. If you’re in the same boat, a derma roller is a fantastic and inexpensive way to clear acne scarring, even your skin’s texture and fade fine lines. Essentially dermarolling is a form of microneedling, and a dermaroller is a little wheel covered in hundreds of tiny needles. When you roll it across problem areas it creates tiny injuries on the surface of the skin and activates your self-healing mechanisms and encourages collagen and elastin production. Over time, this fades scars and blurs signs of aging.
This article by Healthline recommends using a dermaroller needle length of 1.0mm for shallow acne scars and 1.5 mm for deep acne scars.
What has worked for me is once a week after cleansing and using this Niacinamide and Zinc serum as dermarolling also increases the efficacy of products. Firstly, I disinfect my dermaroller with a disinfectant spray and gently roll my problem areas horizontally, vertically and diagonally, 8 times in each direction.
