Turmeric Recover Superfood Elixir from Vahdam Teas
I love a good turmeric latte and usually have to wait to treat myself in cafes, so this elixir is a real treat. I recommend mixing the powdered tea with hot water and milk. Frothed milk is even better! Not only does it taste good, it’s full of powerful herbal ingredients. Each sachet boasts active turmeric, green tea extracts, matcha, ginger and ashwagandha. It’s the perfect autumnal blend to help soothe, detoxify and reduce inflammation. Plus, Vahdam Teas gives at least 1% of revenue to TEAch ME, which helps better the education of their tea workers’ children in India.

Pumpkin Spice Whipped Soap from Amminah
This heaven scented soap is ultra luxurious – it’s first ingredient is 24k gold dust! Then shea butter, coconut oil and glycerin. I adore the whipped texture, it’s practically weightless, soft and almost fluffy. It melts away dirt, make up and dead skin cells. Your skin basically drinks it in, and it leaves a beautiful glittery shimmer, thanks to the gold dust. Plus, it smells so incredible I honestly wish I could eat it! You can use it for bathing, and as a shaving cream.

Oregon Mint Lip Balm by Portland Bee Balm
I gifted this all-natural lip balm to my Mum, because it contains beeswax and I’m vegan 🙂 What’s impressive about this balm is that it contains only four ingredients, raw beeswax, organic coconut oil, organic olive oil and peppermint essential oil. It’s lightweight, non-greasy and hydrates your lips effectively during the worst windy, cold weather. It features real wooden labels and the company is a member of 1% for the planet, which helps to support urban beekeepers. Mun says she loves it!

Rose Gold Face Oil from Essential Rose
This has to be my favorite goodie from the box. Dry skin is inevitable during cold weather, and this Rose Gold Facial Oil moisturizes, repairs and regenerates the skin with a lovely rose and citrus aroma. It has an impressive eleven different non-comedogenic oils, including antioxidant-rich Argan, Jojoba, Rosehip and Pomegranate. It can help to promote cell turnover, reduce fine lines and give a youthful, dewy complexion. I’ve been really enjoying using it after my night-time serum.
I love that they also include a mantra and ritual on the bottle. The mantra for this oil is, “I nourish myself on a cellular and emotional level.”

Facial Cupping Set from Viola Vann
If you’re uninitiated to cupping like me, it’s a well kept secret weapon of Chinese acupuncturists. It can help to prevent wrinkles, relieve headaches, boost collagen, shrink pores and soften scars. Essentially what you do is apply a lovely facial oil (like the Rose Gold Face Oil!) to clean skin. Then, suction the cup to your face and begin gliding it in and upward and outward motion for around 10-15 minutes per day. I recommend watching a tutorial first 😉

Soothe and Cool Massage Oil from Way of Will
This massage oil has been a lovely tonic for my sore neck. It’s a perfect blend of sweet almond oil, apricot kernel oil, jojoba seed oil, peppermint oil, lemongrass oil and chamomile oil. I use it after a hot shower while my skin is flushed and damp, to allow it to fully absorb and work it’s magic. You can also add a few drops to a hot bath for deeper relaxation of any tense muscles. It smells amazing, the symphony or peppermint, chamomile and lemongrass aromas really help to soothe your mind and uplift your mind.

Autumn Stroll Soy Candle & Wax Melt Set by Willow Collective
Walking into a beautifully scented room is one of the best things in the world. Team that with candlelight, and you’re setting yourself up for a soothing self-care evening. This 100% soy wax melt and tea light candle set from Willow Collective is dainty, sleek and fits into any sort of home decor. It took me a second to figure out how to set it up, but once I realized you use the tea lights on the bottom to burn the wax melts that your place on the top plate, I was away laughing! The wax is called ‘Autumn Stroll’, and has a lovely lightly spiced scent that’s fresh and clean. It goes a long way and fills any room quickly.

I absolutely loved this curated collection of goodies for mind, body and soul. I can see why it’s the top rated self-care subscription box on Cratejoy. It totally delivered on all aspects of self-care; mental, emotional and physical. Each item was good quality, eco-friendly and made my life better. The facial oil and whipped soap felt totally luxurious, the turmeric elixir is now a staple in my morning routine, the digital detox cards and helping me improve my relationship with technology. The soy candle set fills my room with a heavenly scent, and the massage oil is soothing my sore muscles. The only product I didn’t love was the facial cupping set. I found it a bit of a challenge to figure out, and I don’t think I’ll continue doing it.
The estimated retail value is $185, which makes this box and incredible deal at $39.98 ($34.99 and $4.99 shipping).
